Weekly Community Based Yoga

Every Saturday morning at Duxbury Bay Maritime School Emily leads a community based slow flow practice. Each class is designed to align with the natural rhythms of the seasons and the current energy of the zodiac. Each class is guided through an elemental lens—whether we’re in a fiery, energizing season, a grounding earth phase, an expansive air cycle, or a fluid, introspective water time—allowing participants to connect more deeply with both their bodies and the world around them.

No reservation required- Just show up! But please sign the waiver before you attend : Head to DBMS.ORG, Events, YOGA and sign the waiver.
